We are DBS checked and comply with all regulatory governance eg Data Protection Act 1998, Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and Human Rights Act 1998.

CDM Investigations are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. 

With a Police and private investigation history of over 25 years, CDM Investigations deliver the highest standard of professional service with an extensive range of experience to call upon. Prior to founding CDM Investigations our Director and Lead Investigator, Chris Morris, was a Senior Manager with one of the "big 4" and previously lead the Counter Fraud Service for a NHS Consortium as Head of Counter Fraud. He is a former police detective who has worked for both the Greater Manchester Police Commercial Fraud Unit and Serious Fraud Office, as well as having extensive experience of serious and complex investigations, having received Judges’ Commendations for the quality of his investigative work. Chris is a Graduate Counter Fraud Specialist and holds the qualification of the MSc Counter Fraud and Corruption Studies at Portsmouth University.
